Overview
The ResMed AirMini AutoSet is a full therapy machine that fits in one hand, and this listing pairs it with the one thing it cannot run without: a mask built specifically for it. The AirFit P10 for AirMini is in the box, with all three pillow sizes.
Buying the machine on its own leaves you holding a device that no ordinary CPAP mask will connect to. This bundle takes that step away, and it adds both HumidX cartridges as well, so the humidity question is answered on the first night too.
Key Features:
- The mask is included: The AirFit P10 for AirMini comes assembled on Medium, and the other two pillows travel loose beside it.
- Both HumidX cartridges: The blue standard cartridge and the gray Plus are both in the box, so you can find your own level.
- Full therapy range: AutoSet, AutoSet For Her and fixed CPAP, all across 4 to 20 cm H2O, the same as a bedside machine.
- Size and weight: The machine measures 5.4 x 3.3 x 2.0 in and weighs 10.6 oz, which is where the name comes from.
- Its own tubing: The AirMini hose runs 6.2 ft with a 15 mm bore, slimmer than the standard hose on a home machine.
- Two warranty periods: ResMed covers the machine and power supply for two years, and the mask and accessories for ninety days.
This bundle is ideal for anyone buying an AirMini as a first travel machine, or replacing a mask and a device in the same order. It is also the simplest way to start on an AirMini, because the mask decision is already made for you.
Note: The AirMini uses a proprietary air outlet, not the standard CPAP hose fitting. Your existing hose and your existing mask will not connect to it, including a standard AirFit P10, which is why this bundle exists.
How It Works
Why the AirMini needs a mask from its own line
On an ordinary CPAP the vent holes are in the mask, and a wide hose carries the air to them. ResMed moved that vent into the tube connector instead, a design it calls ActiveAir, and shrinking the tube to 15 mm is part of what let the machine come down to the size of a phone.
The consequence lands on the mask. A mask designed to vent through itself would vent twice on this system, so every AirMini mask is a stripped version of its full size sibling. The AirFit P10 for AirMini has no elbow and no swivel, and plugs straight into the vent module, which is why its dead space is 40 mL against 123 mL on the standard AirFit P10.
Setting it up on the first night
Plug the power supply into the machine and the wall, then push the gray end of the tubing firmly onto the air outlet until it seats. If you want humidity, twist the vent module open, hold a cartridge by its sides with the colored face pointing down, drop it in, and twist the two halves back together until they lock.
Fit the mask, then either press the Start button or simply breathe into it, because SmartStart is on by default and will begin therapy for you. Pair it with the AirMini app over Bluetooth when you have time, though nothing about the therapy depends on your doing so.

Everything you need to know about the ResMed AirMini AutoSet with AirFit P10 Mask, All Pillow Sizes
What comes in the box
This is two ResMed products packed as one: the AirMini system and the AirMini mask pack for P10.
- AirMini AutoSet machine, 20 W power supply and drawstring bag
- AirFit P10 for AirMini mask on the Medium pillow, plus Small and Large
- AirMini air tubing, HumidX, HumidX Plus and P10 headgear clips
- There is no Extra Small pillow in this pack, and it is a separate part
Why the mask has to be the AirMini version
The AirFit P10 for AirMini looks like the ordinary AirFit P10 and is not interchangeable with it. ResMed marks each as incompatible with the other's machines.
- The AirMini version has no elbow or swivel and plugs straight into the vent module
- Dead space falls to 40 mL as a result, where the standard P10 measures 123 mL
- A standard AirFit P10 will not work on the AirMini, and this one fits nothing else
Three parts, three different clocks
Everything in this box wears at a different rate, and ResMed publishes a separate figure for each.
- HumidX and HumidX Plus: thirty days from the moment the seal is broken
- AirMini air tubing: replace at least every six months, and it can be washed
- Machine and power supply: a design life of five years
- The mask frame, pillows and headgear carry no fixed number, only visible wear

All three pillow sizes in the box
The mask ships assembled on Medium, with a Small and a Large packed alongside it. Pillow size is what decides whether a pillows mask seals, so having all three means no second order and no guessing before the first night.
The mask that actually fits
The AirMini takes a proprietary 16 mm outlet rather than the standard CPAP hose fitting, so it needs a mask built for it. The AirFit P10 for AirMini is that mask, and buying the machine on its own leaves you still needing to find one.
Both HumidX cartridges included
The blue HumidX for ordinary rooms and the gray HumidX Plus for dry air are both in the pack. You can try each one and keep whichever suits your bedroom, rather than ordering blind.
Full AutoSet therapy
Nothing about the therapy is scaled down for the size. The AirMini runs AutoSet, AutoSet For Her and fixed CPAP across the full 4 to 20 cm H2O range, the same as a bedside ResMed machine.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy a mask as well?
No, and that is the point of this listing. A bare AirMini needs a mask from the AirMini line before it can be used at all, and this box has the AirFit P10 for AirMini in it with all three pillow sizes.
Can I use my existing AirFit P10?
No. The standard AirFit P10 and the AirFit P10 for AirMini are two different masks, and ResMed marks each one as not compatible with the other's machines. The AirMini version connects straight to the vent module with no elbow or swivel.
Which pillow size should I choose?
You do not have to choose. The mask ships assembled with the Medium pillow and the Small and Large are loose in the same pack, so you can size up or down on the first night without ordering anything.
Can I use a standard CPAP hose?
No. The AirMini air outlet is a proprietary 16 mm connector that ResMed states is not compatible with the standard ISO 5356-1 fitting, which is what every ordinary CPAP hose uses. The AirMini tubing in the box is what it takes.
What is the difference between the two HumidX?
The blue HumidX is the standard version for most rooms and most seasons. The gray HumidX Plus returns more moisture and is meant for very dry air, such as high altitude or an aircraft cabin. Both are in the box.
How big and heavy is it?
The machine is 5.4 x 3.3 x 2.0 in and weighs 10.6 oz, which is why it fits in a hand. The air tubing is 6.2 ft long with a 15 mm bore, slimmer than a standard CPAP hose.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes, CPAP machines are prescription devices. You can still complete checkout without one: we hold the order rather than cancel it, and ship as soon as we can verify your prescription.
