Replacing it

ResMed's own user guide sets the interval at least every six months of regular use, sooner if the filter develops any holes or visible blockage from dirt or dust.

There is no cleaning cycle for this filter the way there sometimes is for other CPAP parts. Once it is due, or looks clogged ahead of schedule, a fresh one goes in.
