The ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto is a bilevel machine, which means it gives you a lower pressure when you breathe out and a higher one when you breathe in. You are not working against the machine every time you exhale, the way a single-pressure CPAP can feel.

A heated humidifier is built into the machine rather than clipping on as a separate unit, so there is nothing extra to buy or connect. Built-in cellular connectivity sends your therapy data to the myAir app on its own, with no wifi to set up.
