Overview
Most headgear is a strap around the head. This one adds two arms that run down the sides of the face the way the arms of a pair of glasses do, and clip into the DreamWear frame. The frame is then held at two points rather than pulled from one.
Key Features:
- Arms hold the frame: They resist the twisting that shifts a frame when you turn over, which is what breaks a seal.
- Nasal and pillows only: Philips lists it for the DreamWear nasal and nasal pillow masks, not for the full face version.
- Headgear on its own: The fabric part only, with the frame, cushion and elbow all sold as separate parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit a DreamWear Full Face?
No. Philips lists this headgear for the DreamWear nasal and nasal pillow masks only. The full face version of DreamWear takes headgear of its own and the two do not interchange.
What are the arms for?
They run down the sides of the head the way the arms of a pair of glasses do, and hold the frame steady. Less movement at the frame means less of the shifting that breaks a seal overnight.
Does this replace the whole mask?
No. It is the headgear on its own, the fabric part that goes around your head. The frame, the cushion and the elbow are separate parts and are not included here.
