How to rent a CPAP machine
- Send your prescriptionA CPAP prescription from your doctor is required. Upload it online, fax it or bring it with you.
- Choose delivery or pickupWe deliver and set up for free in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. You can also collect the machine in Davie.
- Set up the rentalRentals are arranged by phone or at the Davie store, not online. The $150 is billed each month, plus a refundable deposit.
- Stop when you are doneWhen you no longer need the machine, it comes back to us and your deposit is refunded.
Rent, buy or use Medicare
A CPAP machine rental lets you start therapy without paying for a machine up front. You pay $150 a month and stop whenever you choose.

Medicare works on its own schedule. Original Medicare pays a supplier to rent your machine for 13 months of continuous use, and then the machine is yours. Our Medicare CPAP supplier page explains how we handle it.

How much does it cost to rent a CPAP machine?
$150 a month for the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, plus a refundable deposit. Delivery and setup are free in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach.
Do I need a prescription to rent a CPAP?
Yes. A rental needs the same CPAP prescription as a purchase. You can send your prescription online or by fax.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No. The rental runs month to month, so you can end it once you no longer need the machine.
Can I track my sleep data on my phone?
Not with this unit. The rental machine is the Card-to-Cloud version of the AirSense 10, so it has no myAir app or cellular connection. Your therapy data is saved to an SD card instead, which your doctor can read.
Can I rent a BiPAP or a travel CPAP?
A BiPAP, yes. BiPAP machines rent month to month as well, at $200 a month with a $500 refundable deposit and a prescription. Travel machines such as the ResMed AirMini are sold rather than rented. See travel CPAP machines.
Does Medicare cover a CPAP rental?
Original Medicare covers CPAP as a 13-month rental when you qualify, and you own the machine after 13 continuous months. That runs through Medicare billing with our team, not through the $150 monthly rental. See Medicare CPAP supplier.
