The WhisperSoft Muffler Kit is a matched replacement hose and muffler for the Transcend Micro 510, one order for both parts. The muffler twists into the air outlet to soften the sound of airflow, and the 6 ft TransFlex hose runs from the muffler to your mask.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit the original Transcend Micro?

No. Transcend lists this kit for the Micro 510 only. If you have the original Micro, the WhisperSoft Muffler Kit for Original Micro is the matching kit, with an AirFlex hose in place of the TransFlex.

How often should I replace it?

Transcend gives the hose and the muffler a service life of three months each. Until then, wash both weekly in a mild dish detergent mixed with distilled water, rinse them in distilled water and let them air dry.

Can I use another hose on the 510?

Transcend lists its own TransFlex and AirFlex Micro hoses for the 510 and asks you to use only Transcend parts with it. Damage caused by parts from other makers is not covered by the machine's warranty.
