Overview
The ResMed AirTouch N20 For Her is a nasal CPAP mask built around ResMed's softest cushion, the UltraSoft memory foam, which covers the nose without pressing into it. Unlike traditional silicone cushions, foam is breathable and adapts to your facial features, so it seals gently even at high pressures.
The For Her version pairs that cushion with plush headgear sized for a smaller head and finished with lavender highlights. Its minimalist frame flexes to your face and carries integrated padding, so it stays stable with very little skin contact and an open field of view.
Key Features:
- UltraSoft Memory Foam Cushion: Breathable foam adapts to your facial features and seals gently, so you do not have to tighten the headgear.
- Plush For Her Headgear: Rolled edge fabric straps sized for a smaller head, with lavender highlights, worn loosely so the foam can seal.
- Magnetic Clips: Clips on the lower straps guide the headgear into the frame, so the mask goes on and off with a twist.
- Quick Release Elbow: Squeeze tabs detach the hose one handed, and the elbow rotates a full turn on an independent swivel.
- Diffused Venting: Venting built into the elbow disperses exhaled air gently away from you and from whoever is next to you.
- Integrated Flexi-Tube: A short tube extends off the frame and stretches as you move, so hose drag does not reach the seal.
The AirTouch N20 For Her is ideal for patients who breathe through their nose, have a smaller head, or find silicone cushions too firm. It is especially beneficial for anyone whose current mask leaves red marks on the bridge of the nose by morning.
How It Works
Why foam behaves differently from silicone
Silicone holds its shape and seals by being pressed against skin, which means a leak is normally answered with more strap tension. That is where sore spots start.
Memory foam compresses instead, taking the shape of whatever it is resting on and spreading contact over a wider area. It is also breathable, so the surface against your face feels less like a seal being held shut.
What the For Her build changes
Every part that touches the airway is shared with the standard AirTouch N20. The frame, the cushion material, the elbow and the vent are identical, so therapy performance is the same.
The difference sits in the straps. ResMed cuts this headgear for a smaller head shape and marks it with lavender panels, which is why the two versions are stocked separately rather than as one product with a color choice.
Living with a foam cushion
Foam and water do not mix. ResMed asks owners to clean the cushion with a CPAP mask wipe every day rather than washing it, and to fit a new one every thirty days.
Soaking it, running it under a tap or putting it near a liquid sanitizer destroys the structure that does the sealing. The frame and the headgear have no such restriction and are washed in warm soapy water as normal.
Sizing and the single cushion size
This mask is offered in one size. ResMed builds the For Her around a smaller cushion and smaller straps, and does not extend the range further up.
If the fit turns out to be short, the standard AirTouch N20 shares the identical foam in three sizes, and the standard headgear can be ordered on its own. Print ResMed's fitting template at full scale before you decide.

Everything you need to know about the ResMed AirTouch N20 For Her Nasal Mask
A flexible tube at the frame
A short length of flexible tube leaves the frame and absorbs hose movement before it reaches the seal, so a tug on the hose does not break the fit. Magnets on the lower straps snap the headgear into place on their own.
Reordering the foam cushion
Plan on a fresh cushion roughly every thirty days, which is sooner than a silicone one and the main practical difference. The lavender headgear and the frame last much longer and are replaced on their own schedule.
Foam is not the only choice
The For Her frame takes the AirFit N20 silicone cushion as well as the foam one it ships with. The size is fixed at Small, but the cushion material is not, so you can change how it feels without buying another mask.

UltraSoft foam cushion
The foam spreads pressure across your face rather than pushing back at one point, so the seal holds at a looser strap setting.
Magnetic lower clips
The lower straps snap onto the frame by themselves, so you can fit the mask one handed in the dark.
Integrated Flexi-Tube
A short flexible tube leaves the frame and takes up hose movement, so turning over does not tug the seal loose.
Quiet diffused venting
Vents in the elbow spread your exhaled air out slowly instead of firing it across the bed at your partner.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this come in other sizes?
No. ResMed builds the AirTouch N20 For Her in Small only, and this listing carries that size. If Small turns out to be too small for you, the standard AirTouch N20 comes in Small, Medium and Large.
What is different about the For Her version?
The headgear. It is cut for a smaller head shape and finished with lavender panels, and the cushion ships in Small. The frame, elbow and foam are the same parts as the standard AirTouch N20.
Can I wash the foam cushion?
No. Wipe it down daily with a CPAP mask wipe instead, and replace it after thirty days of use. Water and soaking are what ruin an AirTouch cushion.
Will it work with my machine?
Yes. The AirTouch N20 For Her uses a standard CPAP hose connection and works with any CPAP or BiPAP machine, not just ResMed.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes, CPAP masks are prescription devices. You can still complete checkout without one: we hold the order rather than cancel it, and ship as soon as we can verify your prescription.
