The AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto-adjusting CPAP machine for adults managing sleep apnea at home. Instead of holding one fixed pressure all night, it reads your breathing and adjusts up or down in real time, so you get exactly the pressure you need and nothing more.

It's built to be simple: a color display with a physical control dial (no touchscreen here), an ambient light sensor, and a short list of comfort features that fade into the background once you're used to them.

• Eases you into sleep: AutoRamp and SmartStart start you off at a low, gentle pressure and only step up to your full setting once the machine senses you're actually asleep. You can set the ramp window anywhere from 0 to 45 minutes.
• A softer exhale: EPR lowers pressure on the way out, adjustable across three levels or switched off if you don't need it. Overall pressure runs 4 to 20 cm H2O.
• Humidity that lasts the night: The built-in HumidAir humidifier holds about 380 ml and humidifies up to 93% without condensing. Add the optional ClimateLineAir heated tube and Climate Control keeps the tubing warm end to end, so rainout stays rare even on cold nights.
• Quiet enough to forget it's there: The Easy-Breathe motor runs around 26 decibels, quiet enough that most partners stop noticing it within the first few nights.

It comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty and qualifies for FSA/HSA spending. The box includes the machine, HumidAir humidifier and water tub, power cord, carrying case, and setup guide, everything you need for night one. A prescription is required to purchase, as with any CPAP device.
